TERMS & CONDITIONS

To reserve an appointment a minimum 50% booking fee is required. 

The remainder of the session payment can either be made at the time of booking or in person at your appointment.

The booking fee is non-refundable in all circumstances, however it can be transferred to another appointment as long as a minimum of 48 hours-notice is given. 

Amendments within 48 hours allows me to better manage my diary and offer appointments to other clients.

Rescheduling any one session consecutively more than twice will result in the loss of your booking fee and a new one will be required to make a booking.

In the event you have made payment  for a session in full and subsequently wish to cancel, I require a minimum of 48 hours-notice to cancel and process a refund, minus the 50% booking fee. 

All reduced block bookings (when available) are non-refundable and non-transferable in all circumstances subject to a 14 day cooling off period as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 

No shows on the day will be charged the full appointment fee.
